The fall and rise of the Black Leader

When i look at the state of leadership in the black community, most people say there is none. It seems the so called leaders are either back biting each other, or just out of touch. With the Jessie Jackson Jr scandal and brothers with high positions and wealth getting in trouble or behaving in immoral ways disrespecting everything it means to be black. No wonder we are self destructing as a race and culture. attempt to find, identify, and bring attention to leaders around the country who exemplify leadership and courage. Around the country there are scores of young men and women that are role models for thier families, and communities. Lets develop and encourage them.
